How It’s Made
What makes Dilmah’s black tea the finest of Ceylon tea is how it’s handmade. The skilled method of plucking tea includes nipping the bud and two leaves around it. Once the leaves have been plucked and gathered, they are then dried until 50% of its moisture content is reduced. Once withered, the leaves are rolled by mechanical tea rollers that separate and break them, before being fermented, dried and sifted for packaging.

What You Need:
50 ml Dilmah Earl Grey tea (5 min. brew)
200 ml Full Cream Milk (hot)
10g Cocoa powder
3 Marshmallows
2tsp Sugar (optional)
How to Make It:
- Brew 2g of Earl Grey tea for 5 minutes in 100ml of hot water (90c - 100c)
- Pour the tea and balance ingredients into a jar and mix well.
- Strain it, pour into mug and serve hot.
- Finally, garnish with marshmallow and enjoy it hot!
